FightCon Philippines: Know More About the Full-Contact Sport Scene


What's goin' down at the first ever fight convention in Manila

Guess who got invited and given an all-access pass to merrily frolic at the first ever fight convention in Manila happening at the Amoranto Stadium this Saturday (July 2)? I'm not sure why I'm going to FightCon Philippines because hey, I'm such a peace-loving, anti-violent person (yeeeessss!) but since I do love to watch UFC and occasionally enjoy seeing grown men and women hit and kick each other's faces and bodies to submission, this might be worth the check.

        If you are unlike me who's nowhere interested to have her face hit mercilessly, then attending this convention might be good for you. If you're into full-contact sports like MMA, Jiu Jitsu, MuayThai, and alike, it's best to know the Dos and Donts of the sport through the proper channels that will be present in this up coming gathering. Below are some of the activities that will happen at this whole day event that's brought to you by the people of Origin8:

        There will also be talks from the following local full-contact sports professionals such as URCC and DEFTAC's Alvin Aguilar, Philippine Thai Boxing Association's Kru Zhie Vallega,  Team Lakay's Mark Sangiao, Sports 5 analyst and MMA aficionado Erwin Tagle, and Rollapalooza Brazilian Jiu Jitsu's Ali Sulit. Musical performances by Intolerant, Skychurch, Gaby Alipe, and Queso will also be enjoyed during this one day affair.
